Refund & Return Policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from The Relax Point LLC. Because we sell large and high-value products, our return policy is designed for clarity and fairness.

30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Free from signs of installation or wear

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or installed items

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.
Large freight items may be subject to a restocking fee (up to 20%).

Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours with photos or video. We will arrange replacement parts or a replacement unit.

Refunds
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations
Orders canceled before shipping may receive a full refund.
If the order has shipped, standard return rules apply.
