Order Processing
Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process before shipping.

Shipping Times
Most items ship via:

• LTL Freight (saunas, hot tubs, massage chairs)

• UPS/USPS for smaller products
  Typical delivery time is 5–12 business days within the U.S.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping within the continental United States.
Additional charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

Freight Delivery Details
For large shipments:

• The freight carrier will schedule a delivery appointment

• Delivery is curbside unless stated otherwise

• Customers must inspect packages before signing

• Any damage must be documented on the delivery receipt and photographed

Order Tracking
Customers receive tracking information by email once the order ships.

Incorrect Addresses / Failed Delivery
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply.
